The storage tank and the vertical headed turbo emulsifier patented “Vertimix® Technology” are lodged in a single structure, constructed entirely in stainless steel AISI 304.

The head’s vertical disposition permits to improve the product’s homogenisation and to obtain easily low density values with different types of dough, as well.
