Due to COVID-19 difficulties in travelling and due to safety restrictions, we decided to improve our remote technical assistance to grant service and to reinsure customers that they can always count on our support. We have developed several Assistance Packages held on a dedicated virtual platform, to help and proceed side by side with customers in all technical operations that can be managed remotely.
We also decided to simplify the flow of instructions and operations by using photos and video tutorials, so that customers and line operators can easily manage any situation.
